We know that for many clients maintaining access to and support for your business systems is critical for you to manage your operations and continue to service your customers. With this in mind, we wanted to provide you with an update on how we are responding to the COVID-19 situation.
Activ’s offices are currently operating as normal; however if some or all staff need to self-isolate based on PHE guidance, we can reassure you that we have full Business Continuity plans in place and that these have been tested successfully. If staff members are required to work from home, they will still be accessible via our usual telephone numbers and e-mail. They will also have full access to all of our Business Systems and we do not foresee any circumstances in which your access to Activ and our support team will be interrupted.
